Course Overview

This course has been developed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in the USA which is a part of the Department of Labour there. The Course represents the American Health and safety standards for general industry that are delivered through the National Association of Safety Professionals (NASP) in the USA under the title of “NASP General 30-hr training course”. The course is designed for multinational Organisations in all sectors working in accordance with international Safety & Health systems. The Course's certificate is an internationally recognized qualification and provides an excellent basic grounding in the main essentials of Health and Safety for personnel.

Who Should Attend?

For all Organisations working inside USA and for multinational Companies that working to international standards but needing to adapt these to accord with local needs and practices. The course is designed for Engineers, Supervisors, Workers, and also for those who work in the HSE field, and could be also for those who working in managerial positions and are interested in being more aware of the technical safety standards.

  • Compressed Gas Cylinders

  • Falling Hazards (Working at Heights)

The Participants shall receive hard and soft copies of the course material

None required

Course Duration

The course duration is 5 days.

Course Examination

After completion of the course there will be 50 multiple choice open-book Exam for 90 minutes 

Course Certification

Attending all sessions of the course is mandatory for getting the local certificate and if requested the international Certificate and wallet card from the International Association of Safety Professionals (IASP) in the USA (The international part of NASP).
