Course Overview

One of the keys to an Organization success is the quality of its leadership and its ability to effectively devise and execute a plan. The long-term health of an Organization will be driven by the strength of its leadership- not just at the top, but also at each level of the Organization. The HSE Leadership Course has been designed and developed by KPO Corporate Safety Department, based on the international best practices in HSE leadership. The course provides an excellent basic grounding in the main essentials for effective Health & Safety Management and helps in building HSE competencies for people in front line leadership roles.

Who Should Participate;

Generally, this course could be delivered to all leading positions in all multinational Organizations need to promote the HSE Leadership skills & performance within their scope of work and prevent any undesirable accident. The course is for those who have managerial and Supervisory roles.

Course Certification

Attending the sessions and exercising the course workshops are mandatory for getting the Course Certificate.

 Training Methodology/Approach

The training program shall be delivered in different training approaches to suit the learning styles of all participants and increase the effectiveness of the learning process and maintained interest.

The training relied mainly on the Lectures (slides/presentations) method technique with involving some other techniques like; Icebreakers and information recap to be used in the beginning of each training day and after breaks. Thought showers/brainstorming technique to be used through questioning, Different exercises, and case studies. Group discussion is to be used for sharing experiences and different styles of thinking. Visual aids to be used for enhancing the learning process, and giving more interest to the training program.
